What to Bring to Your First Appointment
If you are a new patient with Right Path Pain and Spine Center, here are some things you should know in advance of your first visit.
Please bring your ID and insurance card with you to your appointment, as well as a list of current medications, as well as any X-rays, CT scans or MRI reports if available.
Additionally, please let us know within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
